St Clare’s Early Learning Centre (ELC)
St Patrick's Parish (with help from a State Government Grant) opened an Early Learning Centre in 2015 which offers four year old (funded) kinder and three year kinder. The ELC as a Parish facility serves both Parish Primary Schools, St Clare’s and St Patrick’s. From the start of Term 3 2018 administration of the centre will be managed by Bestchance. Bestchance operate out of their office on the corner of John and Henry Street, Pakenham
